Lateness! OOTD and FOTD

Sorry I'm a bit late with this one.  Yesterday marked the day of Clicquot's first walk on the lead...a traumatic experience to say the least.  Two words. Hard. Work. Enough of that though, she's still blummin' gorgeous so I don't mind at all :)

On Sunday I popped to the shops for a bit with the other half.  Isn't it funny how men have no idea what to do when they're with you at a make up counter and don't have a mobile phone with them! (his was being repaired at Apple whilst we shopped) I found it quite amusing!

Anyway.

It was sunny on the weekend so I opted for a little bit of gold and coral in the make up routine and here is the result.....

A little bit brighter than my usual lip colour but I like to push the boat out a bit when the sun starts to pop through the clouds :)

BASE - Chantecaille Just Skin in Glow applied with an F80 (I find it's best if you let it sink in a bit before applying more products)

BRONZER - Tom Ford in Gold Dust

BLUSHER - Hourglass Luminous Flush (Again!!)

SETTING POWDER - Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light

HIGHLIGHTER - Christian Dior Amber Diamonds

UNDER EYES - Collection Full Cover Concealer in Light (AMAZING!!)

EYES - Nars Eye Primer,  peachy colour from RiRi loves MAC Cocoa palette swept over whole eye area with the gold colour swept on top of that and into the inner corner.  The medium brown colour in the crease and to contour on the eye a bit and then a bit of NARS Mekong smudged into the lash line.

MASCARA - YSL Babydoll in Black

BROWS - MAC Brun brushed in and set with Maybelline Clear Mascara

LIPS - Clinique Chubby Stick in Mega Melon followed by Revlon Lipgloss in Papaya (I think this is discontinued sadly but you may be able to still pick it up on eBay)

I wore the trousers that Laura from Buy Now Blog Later popped on her blog a couple of weeks ago, and I like to call them my ultimate Sunday trousers! so comfy (elasticated waist so great for going out for lunch in and eating too much!!)  They're from Topshop and I absolutely adore them, they're smart but casual and channel that whole 'sports luxe' look.  Teamed with a blazer (Zara obvs!) they look great.

SHOES - Zara (last year)

TROUSERS - Topshop - buy here

BAG - Mulberry Postmans Lock in Pebbled Beige

T-SHIRT - Alexander Wang - buy here

BLAZER - Zara (couple of seasons ago but they do these every year)

NECKLACE - Isabel Marant for H&M (not sold anymore but probably pick one up on eBay)

SUNGLASSES - Rayban

Oooh that reminds me, heard some great news a few days ago.  H&M are going to be collaborating with Alexander Wang :) This is music to my ears! If anyone happens to know the date this is happening, please let me know - I will be booking the day off work to go and queue outside H&M this time! (I was sorely disappointed with Isabel Marant's collaboration - by the time the website had stopped crashing, everything was sold!!)

Hope you're all having a great week so far :)

    1. Hi Anne,

Thanks! :) I'm incredibly jealous of the heat in Dubai, it's still very chilly here even when the sun is shining! Although I bet sometimes you wish it wasn't so hot!
