Weekend OOTD & FOTD

Another glorious weekend, the barbecue is on the go again and I feel totally relaxed :) I love weekends like this :)

I've had a few eBay splurges recently and I'm planning a post soon to show you some of my bargains.  In the meantime, here is a rundown of what I wore today. The weather is a little bit sunny and a little bit chilly, depending on whether you're in sunlight or the shade. Layering in this weather is key!

I don't know what it is about Sunday, but I always feel the need to wear something quite relaxed and comfortable. Ripped jeans and shorts and smart tracksuit bottoms have been my Sunday go-to's of late and I like mixing and matching some of my smarter clothes with them.

Had a few errands to run in town today with the future Hubby and quite a bit of walking involved - hence the flat shoes!

Now most of what I'm wearing is pretty old, but I'm sure if you like the look you can re-create it with a few clicks on ASOS :)

What I'm wearing...

Sunglasses - Rayban - Extra Large Aviators

White Jumper (it was cream - it has been washed a lot!!) - Zara - ancient!!

Shorts - Gap (I cut the turn ups off) - Boyfriend fit

Sweatshirt - Hush - not sure they still do this colour but other colours can be bought here

Shoes - Valentino -  Rockstud flats - eBay purchase although can be purchased here in a different colour way

Belt - Mango - ancient (and falling apart!!)

Quite happy with my make up choices today, despite the spots that seem to be appearing around the outside of my face...weird! If anyone has a great way to get rid of spots quickly - please let me know!!

Run down of what I'm wearing on my face...

The Dior palette is now now on it's 8th day and shows no sign of being dropped for another  palette any time soon! #itslove

Face - Charlotte Tilbury Wonder Glow underneath Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder foundation in number 6 Medium.  A great combination I discussed on here a few weeks ago.  Nars creamy concealer (meh - I don't think this is worth the hype really) for under the eyes and Soap & Glory Bad Ass Concealer for the old spots! Sweep of Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light

Bronze/Highlight/Blush - Chanel Les Beiges in 40 followed by Dior Amber Diamonds and Sleek Blush in Life's a Peach.

Brows - MAC Omega and Maybelline Clear Mascara to fix the pesky brows!

Eyes - Dior Summer Palette (as discussed yesterday!!) much love.  Mascara is YSL Baby Doll in Black.  Eyeliner is the Rimmel Scandaleyes in Bronze.

Lips - L'Oreal Glam Shine Balmy Gloss in Fall for Watermelon - given to me by my Mum and  I'm really enjoying using it - great Summer colour and feels nice on the lips, followed by a slick of Revlon Colorburst gloss in Papaya.

That's all for now, catch up in the week!

  3. THE SHOES <3, the HAIR <3<3<3! I am dying to buy a pair of rockstuds-I'm going to have a look in London at the end of the month.

So glad I have found someone else who doesn't think the Nars concealer is all that!!! I use Mac Omega on my brows too. You look beautiful!

Have you tried Alpha H for your spots? It was a miracle worker for me xx

    1. Hey Stacey

Thanks! :))) The problem with buying one pair of rockstuds...is that you just want to buy MORE! ha ha!

I know, it just seems to be really drying on my poor eyes and settles into creases really badly!

I haven't no, I've heard good things though about Alpha H though :) - any recommendations? xx
