Another Topshop Chambray Shirt...

So remember when I told you all in my last post about the search for the perfect white casual shirt? And that I also bought it in blue because I loved it that much? Well here it is, the blue version of the Topshop Chambray shirt.

On Sunday I wanted something comfortable and casual for a trip to the shops and this is what I opted for.  Ok, so the skirt is a tad on the short side and yes it did annoyingly keep riding up as I walked (we can blame my larger than the average bum for that!) and yes I did spend half the day yanking it back down again to a more respectable length, but that aside it did tick all the boxes for comfortable.

I actually wore my Birkenstocks for something other than dog walking, something I vowed not to do when I bought them but they're just so damn easy to wear and I think they (sort of) work with this kind of outfit! I broke my own fashion rules! shock horror! :)

And here's the bit where I bang on about how great these shirts again.... if you are in the market for something like this I can't recommend these Topshop versions enough.  Light, airy and can be dressed up or down, in my eyes these are a real wardrobe staple.

And well, Rayban Aviators were the obvious choice for this outfit weren't they? :)

And whilst we're here, this was the perfect outfit for Tom Ford 'Sweet Spot' to make an outing too.  A lipstick that I now call my 'Stacey' lipstick (she forced me to buy it! ha!).  If you haven't checked out her blog you should HERE.

Shop the look....

Sunglasses - Rayban - Large Aviators (available widely)

Shirt - Topshop - buy HERE

Skirt - Topshop - bought many moons ago!

Birkenstocks - Madrid style - available widely

Bag - Mulberry - postman's satchel in pebble beige - past season.

And that's all until tomorrow, where I'll be reviewing some very good budget buys!

Hope you're all having a good week
